Sometimes just wishing to have toned, fit arms simply is not enough.  There comes a time when you need to work the fat and flab off, but many traditional methods are not always the most effective solution. But now with Hoopnotica Mini Hoops, you can firm and tone flabby arms in a fun and unique way without going to a gym.

I did not have a problem with my arms being extremely flabby, but they did need to have more definition and the muscles of my upper arms needed to be strengthened.

Hoopnotica is a company that makes specially made exercise hoops that when used correctly, help you to tone your muscles and get in shape. The large sized hoops can be used to target the waist, hips, and thigh areas causing the fat to melt away as you maneuver the hoop around your waist in a back and forth motion. I used to have so much fun hula hooping when I was a child, as did so many children of my generation, and now Hoopnotica has brought that fun element back into my life and the lives of thousands of people.

I was given a mini starter kit as a gift and I would like to share with you my experience using it. The mini starter kit comes with a pair of beautifully crafted mini hoops with an instructional DVD that shows you various techniques and step-by-step instructions on how to use the hoops to tone, strengthen, and firm up your arms.  The DVD was very helpful and the warm up exercises were fantastic, in fact, I felt that the warm up exercises that were demonstrated by different women were actually doing a better job of toning my arms than the main exercises that involve spinning/balancing the hoops on the arms, wrists, and hands. When the demonstration on the DVD began to show a young lady rapidly spinning the mini hoops around her wrists and hands like an Olympic athlete, it was not as easy for me to emulate the movements, because even though I tried to balance the hoops on my wrists and hands, they kept flying off and dropping on the floor.  After seeing the hoops fly in the direction of my furniture a few times, I realized that I should have done the exercises outside or in a more open space, because my living room was not the right place at all for hooping exercises.

Unless I become a pro at balancing the hoops on my wrist/hand areas and spinning them simultaneously, I don’t think that I can do the main arm hooping exercises, but I can still see results by doing the warm up exercises, which are much easier for beginners.
Practice makes perfect and in order for me to see my desired results with the hoops, it will be necessary for me to practice everyday to learn how to properly spin the hoops on my arms, until I can do that, the warm up exercises have been very beneficial for me.

So, overall I give the Hoopnotica Mini Hoops a 4 star rating, because it is not easy to use and requires a lot of practice, especially for people who are not used to using hoops for toning the arms. That is my opinion, but someone else may find the hoops to be just what they have been looking for to strengthen and tone their triceps, biceps, and arms.

You can find the Hoopnotica Mini Hoops at www.hoopnotica.com for $59.99.
